This section establishes the rules, responsibilities, and limitations applicable to the strategic consulting services provided by Ansafone (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") through the website ansafonecontactcenters.com.
The Provider offers strategic consulting services in customer relationship management, corporate communication process optimization, training on operational efficiency of data flows, employee performance auditing, and fixed cost reduction solutions. Services are provided according to the specifications agreed upon in the individual contract.
The Client is obliged to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. The Provider undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, respecting data confidentiality. Any modification to the scope of services requires the written consent of both parties.
The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions caused by the improper use of the recommendations provided. The total liability of the Provider is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months.
Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract with a 30-day notice, by written notification. In case of non-fulfillment of essential obligations, the injured party may terminate the contract immediately, without penalties.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms, with prior notice to clients 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after the modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
